Chara Holiday was founded by Lithuanian born Lijana in 2024.
Chara Holiday, the name itself means ‘joy’. Inspired by the spirit of travel and discovery, our pieces are designed to accompany you on your journeys, whether it's exploring a new city or immersing yourself in a new season of your life. Designed by Lijana herself, Chara Holiday partners with some of Bali’s finest tailors and artisans to create unique, one-of-a kind pieces. Designed to transcend seasons, each garment has been carefully designed and produced in Bali using top-quality fabrics.

Meet our Founder
After spending over a decade in various corners of the fashion industry in Europe, from studying fashion design and fashion buying to creative direction, Lijana moved to Sydney, Australia, where she landed a marketing role at one of the largest Australian fast-fashion houses. She soon realized that she was contributing to malpractices and felt that the fashion industry was in need of change.
Taking a little break to reset, she ended up in Bali, Indonesia, where she fell in love with the island, the culture, and the people. The many talented artisans inspired her to create something special.
After all these years working with other brands, she felt it was time to put her skillset to use and create one of her own - something that would make a mark and contribute to the evolution of the fashion industry and its practices. This is where Chara Holiday was founded.
