Refund policy

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have fourteen days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on discounted items, sale items, or gift cards.

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Providing an incomplete or incorrect shipping address may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. In such cases, any return shipping fees or loss of the item will be your responsibility.

How to start the return process:

You can return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the delivery date.

  2. Ensure that the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed, and placed back in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Choose your preferred shipping service to send the parcel back to us.
  4. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and begin the refund or exchange process. If all return instructions are followed correctly, the product price will be refunded.
